We want you to love your Atelier T perfume. If something is not right, this page explains what you can return, how to do it and when you will get your money back. Nothing in this policy affects your rights under the UAE Consumer Protection Law (Federal Law No. 15 of 2020).
Not sure which scent to choose?
Every perfume is available as a 10 ml sample, so you can wear it for a few days before choosing a full bottle. Because perfume is a personal-care product, opened bottles cannot be returned for a change of mind, so we recommend starting with a sample if you are unsure.
Changed your mind
You can return an item within 7 days of delivery if it is:
- unopened and unused, with the bottle never sprayed;
- in its original box and packaging, in the condition you received it.
For hygiene and safety reasons we cannot accept returns of perfumes that have been opened, sprayed or tested, including samples, unless they are faulty (see below).
For change-of-mind returns, you arrange and pay for the return delivery, and the original delivery charge is not refunded. Please pack the item securely, as we cannot refund items that arrive back damaged.
Damaged, faulty or wrong items
If your order arrives damaged or leaking, an item is faulty, or we sent you the wrong perfume or size, we will put it right at no cost to you. Please contact us as soon as possible, ideally within 7 days of delivery, with:
- your order number;
- a short description of the problem;
- photos of the item and the packaging.
We will offer a replacement or a full refund, including the delivery charge, and we will arrange and pay for the collection if we need the item back.
Skin reactions
Fragrances contain natural and synthetic aromatic materials that can occasionally irritate sensitive skin. Please test on a small area first. If you experience a reaction, stop using the product and contact us; we will review each case individually.
Cancelling an order
You can cancel free of charge at any time before your order is dispatched. Email us with your order number and we will refund you in full. Once an order has been dispatched, the change-of-mind rules above apply.
How to request a return
- Email info@ateliert.ae with your order number and the item you would like to return.
- We will reply with the return address and instructions. Please do not send items back before we have confirmed the return.
- Once the item arrives, we inspect it and let you know whether the return is approved.
Refunds
Approved refunds are issued to the original payment method within 14 days of approval. Your bank or card provider may take a few more working days to show the money in your account. We will email you when the refund has been sent.
Exchanges
We do not swap items directly. If you would like a different perfume or size, return the eligible item for a refund and place a new order.
